How long are shipment times?
Shipment times are typically 5-8 business days. Tracking numbers are provided.
When is my tracking number emailed?
Tracking numbers are available and emailed to customers, typically 2 business days after order is placed.
Are there different Shipping options?
Currently all our shipments are by ground shipment; and covered by our free USA shipping offer.
Can I add items to my order, or make changes after I have placed my order?
We give each of order a 2 hour window before we start processing (during business hours). So if making changes during business hours, give us a call.
Otherwise, when adding to your order, probably best to just make a 2nd order (as we cover the shipping costs anyway.)
